This one comes with a 5.5KW Onan gas generator--any input on the capacity, etc? It does have an 18cu RV frig, 3 A/C units and a solar package. It has a washer/dryer hook up, no washer/dryer. Thank you in advance for any and all information you experienced RVers can share with us.

Okay here is allot of information I am going to hit you with, get comfy:
We have a 2018 Road Warrior 427 made by Heartland and it similar to this unit except we have a side patio on our unit as well. The Onan is a 5.5K gas unit and we do run it monthly as needed for maintenance. During this test we run 2 AC units, and other items in the Road Warrior.
As far as other items, you should add a really good Surge protector, possible a Progressive Industries brand.

We use a water softener with 3 water filters

Also consider what you plan to do for TV watching. If you plan on using Dish get the equipment added to the purchase and make sure the dealer can get it to work for you.
There are several different kinds of antennas available, permanent install such as the Traveller. Others included portable units, Pathway X2.

Make sure they test it in front of you, because believe it or not allot will not work the right way when you first get it.
I know you asked what else to buy but I am going to offer you some advice on buying it.
Also the big thing is to make sure you do a really good walk thru and inspection BEFORE you sign the paperwork. This way you have a tool to use to make sure they fix everything before you drive away. Do NOT take "We'll take care of that later stuff"
.
Also take cell phone and video the walk thru so when you start operating the equipment you have something to refer back to. Being new to the RV world the dealer will try to rush thru it, but slow them down, do not leave until you are comfortable with operating the unit. Run EVERY SYSTEM, fresh water, dump tanks, AC, Furnace. If possible stay at least over night on their lot with hookups to test everything to make sure it works and you are able to operate it. The time to discover you don't know what to do is then not when you are in the middle of camping and forget how to unhook it.
On any question feel free to ask, or else the messenger to contact me.
