Overhead bunks

Trying to ready our 2017 Thor 37BG.
Tried lowering the cab bunk bed when only one side was lowering ( drivers side). This started to pinch the bunk on the drivers side wall.
Tried raisining to lockin level but it is lodged.
Has anyone experienced this problem?
Trying to get an appointment with Camping World
Hoping to have fixed for mid April trip.

"Trying to get an appointment with Camping World"
My 2 cents. Go somewhere else.

You might have to apply a little up force to the lower side to get it unstuck. I would go to a smaller local RV repair shop not camping world.
