Possible fresh water tank overfill

I'm on a multi week trip mostly staying in RV parks and the getting ready put in 35g, 1/3 full on the sensor, to the fresh water tank using one of this inline water meters/counters. Along the way I noticed the fresh water tank sensor now showing 2/3 full. A couple weeks later I noticed that water was coming out the tan k vent on the curb side. Wet bay switches were in the city supply use position, not tank fill. I wiggled the switch positions, drained a bit of water from the fresh tank and took off. I stopped about 30 minutes later at a rest area and water is trickling out from the underlayment on the curb side just aft of the tank vent location. I drained some more and it stopped, The next locations for this trip I'll just almost fill the fresh tank, shut off the water and use the tank and pump for our water usage.

I am suspecting a leak-by for the city water/tank fill switch. I don't want to start pulling basement aft covers to check this and will wait till home. I'm afraid it will be attached too Peg crimp or shark bite for which I don't have the tools. I know no RV tool box can be complete with out them. It baffles me that water is someone in the front underlayment area just forward of the stairs and door.

This is likely the last trip I'll make with this Keystone Raptor 356. My serious motorcycle riding days have ended and don't need the TH if I'm not going to take a bike. I'll keep the bike around the local area rides at home. Will be replacing with a mid-sized C such as Entegra Esteem 29v or a Thor Omni XG32. Toad will be the Ram 1500 Laramie. (my car) Obviously the newly purchases Ram 2020 3500 dually will be sold also. With the HO and AISIN it's be a real pleasure to tow this load

Fresh water tank filling/overflowing while connected to city water source
*FILL Valve leaking thru
*Pump internal check valve leaking thru (sometimes just using pump the flow thru can clear up any debris on the check valve (diaphragm) and allow it to fully close/seal)

I'm staying on a friend's property in Moab plugged into their 30 service. I could have hooked up to water but we're using the tank and put instead. I didn't want to run the risk of making a flooded mess in their yard. Hopefully using the pump will clear any debris that's causing the leak by. If I turn the valve that selects "tank fill" or "city water" to the fill position, I can hear the water going to the tank and it cuts off going back to city water position. Course a slow leak by might m=not be audible especially to my aged ears.
