Ramp door water damage

Bought a 2011 Forest River Salem Sport toy hauler from individual. The bottom of the ramp door near the hinges is soft and we want to repair or replace. The door has fiberglass inside, anyone had to replace the door or any thoughts about the repair?? My husband somewhat a handy man, is it something we could do?

Lots of doors have been replaced on Keystones - I'd suspect that FR uses the same doors (Lippert?) - you can buy them online...

Thank you Bruce and rider. We're still kinda of new to this. We had a truck camper for the last year and a half we used frequently and had no issues. We're beginning to get a new view of the industry with this camper. Forest River will only deal with their dealers, looking like we will be replacing the door.
