I don’t think any of the bumper pull TH are able to safely do what you are wanting, with the exception of the WnP 28FBW and the 30FBW. The rest are simply built with the axles too far forward and with too little tongue weight to handle 3000lbs loaded above and behind the axles. Even my 30FBW gets a little loose if I don’t load right with one quad and one rzr, and as I said it has almost 1800lbs tongue weight with generator, LP, and batteries.

Do you know if a 5th wheel will have the same problem? On most trips a SXS, atv and a couple dirt bikes would be all i would need.

I think you would be better off, but trying to cram a lot in a tight space leaves very little room to wiggle if you need to adjust how the weight is being loaded in there.
Almost all the 5th wheel TH have a separate garage that can handle a sxs stored behind the axles. Now finding an open floor plan TH with enough room for your toys. The ones I have seen have slides that eat into the width of the 18-20’ cargo area. I recall a couple very long ones that had no slides but I can’t remember what brand.

You might have too look at something like this, https://inventory.milltrailers.com/-...m-Nseh|TT.html
It will be over weight with a SWR truck though. I had a 36' version (no water/bath/shower) because I needed the 22' of garage space.
I had 2 Polaris 6x6 (10' long each), dirt bike, all of our camping supplies and did not even come close to hitting weight.

Nwcid, I have looked into a setup like that but between the length and trying to sleep 6 comfortably i dont think it would work very well.

It's ridiculously expensive, but the Garagzilla by the new Weekend Warrior has a 20' garage:

There are a few options regarding a 5th wheel toy hauler that will haul all your stuff.
Look at the McKENZIE Dune Chaser and Holiday Rambler Next Level Toy Haulers...
Specifically the model 38CK. That model has 23’ of cargo space. IMHO, those brands are amongst the best toy haulers ever made. They both ceased around 2009 or so.

It is all about trade offs. Space, vs comfort vs toys vs overall size vs lots of factors.
My first "RV" was a snowmobile trailer that I did some interior work on. I used E-track to make bed platforms (poor man happy jack). I could put my toys in and tie them down. When we got to the location we pulled the toys out, we putt the E-track brackets in place and mounted the bed and tables. Took about 15 min.
What what you want to do, which is possible, there are just lots of trade offs.

Do you have any pics of the e-track bed setup? I'd love to see that. I assume the e-track was on the walls??

I ran into the same problem when we were looking, we needed to haul a Rzr and 1 or 2 bikes normally and the room to haul the Rzr, 3-4 bikes, and maybe a 4wheeler. I started looking for a bumper pull but realized early on we would be much better off with a 5th wheel, so we ended up with a 04 Forest River Sierra sport 38ft. It's open all the way to the steps, 17 or 18ft to the first cabinet, I've had all our gear, the xp1000 and 3 full size bikes in it and we still have plenty of room to use the kitchen on the road. It's bigger than I initially wanted but any smaller and I would have regretted it.

My needs are a little bit different, but might give you some ideas. I carry a 4 seat buggy in the hauler along with a quad and a 2 seat buggy on the truck. I have since gotten a larger trailer, but still the same setup.
