hadnt read anything about the hardware. would you explain which pieces are weak and need replaced? would be nice to avoid all of that!

Step Stabilizer.

I have read many reports of the bolts being weaker. Used my own bolts and also larger, heavier, washers.

This is what we have used for years. Gotta pull it out of cargo bay. Need to adjust it everytime (which you have to with the new one also, but it is much easier), and need to put a stack of pads many times also.



This is what we have now. Much nicer, faster, easier.



Halfway folded up-




Folded up all the way, ready for travel.

thanks for the pics. i got mine last week but been far to cold to install it. saw -20* with wind chill a few times last week or two. it looks like a very clean install and i cannot see it in the pics when the stairs are folded up. i like that as well.
