Strapping down golf cart batteries

Had an 08 Fuzion 373 that must have had a softer ride than the new Fuzion 427 we have now. Golf cart batteries keep moving around. Tried strapping them down with an Ancra Tie down but they still jumped out of place.

Anyone have a good solution for this? Not having any luck googling this but figure someone has a backyard engineering fix.

I wrapped cheap ratchet straps around my batteries and cranked the straps tight from underneath.

Probably have to cut them off when its time for new batteries.

This is what I use for my two Trojan T-105 batteries. I ran a couple of sheet metal screws down through the bottom of the battery box in through the steel floor of the battery compartment...it works for me.

I like this idea! Harbor Freight, here I come. Very straightforward way to go. Hauling this this weekend with no time to work on it so that's a big help too.

THANKS!

The ratchet straps worked perfectly. Also I tied down the charger on the cart floor since that also took a few detours. Ordered 4 new sets of Ancra tie downs so I have more than enough. Just a learning curve.
