there is no such thing as a stupid question
Consider the title when I ask this. Can I put the corvette in a toy hauler, don't all laugh and answer at once.

Welcome to the forum. I'm guessing that "toy hauler" is too broad a description to get a valid answer. There are a lot of different kinds of toy haulers out there and maybe some of them can handle a 'vette but .....
I've seen vettes backed out of enclosed trailers but don't recall any coming out of TH's.
Good luck.

You don't say what year Covette your asking about. The new ones weigh in at just under 3,200 lbs. If you can find a tow hauler with a tag axle you would have no problem. On a single rear axle coach it would most likely overload it. Whether or not there is a toy hauler with the depth needed to put the Vette in is another question.

I had a 33' toy hauler for my sand rail. Most toy hauler have a ramp weight rating of 2000 pounds. Your biggest problem will be getting the front tires to fit between the wheel wells. You could build ramps to go over the wheel wells as some people do for their rails. I jacked the front of my rail up and put a bar between the A arms to hold them closer together. Another problem would be the width of the door opening. I only had 98", but it did go wider inside(a lot of good that will do if you can't get in the door). Some of the newer ones have wider door openings.
Your best bet would be to get an enclosed car hauler or a flat bed trailer.

My suggestion would be to go to the toy hauler dealer with a tape measure in my hand,
and knowing exactly how much my 'Vette weighed.
Then get all the sales specs that have the weight capacity of the different models.
My guess is that the 'Vette is too heavy, but good luck.

What you want for a car is not a toy hauler but a race trailer. Plenty of people pull around cars in closed trailers.

I was briefly looking for a toy hauler that would accept my Cherokee or Wrangler. They are out there but you're getting into much larger and more expensive units. Found a few that would handle 5k lbs with up to a 16' garage. The overall and pin weight was enough that my F-250 that routinely hauls a Lance 845 (~2800lbs) and 6200 lb trailer/Jeep couldn't handle it.
Sadly it looks like I deleted the folder with my links in it after we got the coach but a quick Google search found one of the mfgrs, CLICKEY scroll down to the bottom of the page for the 5th wheel toy haulers. Some have up to 7k lbs CCC and garages long enough for your Vette'.

There are two answers.. Since I have been inside a corvette sized trailer, I would say yes, it is possible to build a toy hauler to haul a corvette. HOWEVER, .. You'd not have much room for "living space" I might be able to draw a floor plan where you had a small all purpose room (kitchen, dining living) and perhaps a shower/toilet, "Upper bunks" for sleeing (over the hood of the car) but, frankly, You would be looking at one LONG trailer.
