So far every cg weve ever stayed in has asked us our rig details and length is one of them so that way they say if they can accommodate or not and there always willing to have you pay more for the longest best sites.

We were looking at a 44 ft toyhauler and thought we were for sure getting it so we planned our florida trip around it. There were definately a bunch of parks that couldnt accomodate a 44ft camper. We ended up at 39ft and havent had a single problem. It seems to me that 40ft is about the cutoff for where you might see some issues with not all campgrounds can accomodate your rig.

It's not a 40'+ camper but we upgraded to a 38' TT a couple of years ago and found it more difficult to get a campsite in South Carolina state parks. The number of sites that will accommodate larger campers is limited so if you don't plan ahead choices may be limited. Private campgrounds are no problem.
