Its a geometry problem being too great of an angle between the ramp and the trailer floor. You could raise the bottom of the ramp door and support on blocks to lessen the steepness of the ramp and the angle at the trailer floor. Then you would need a couple boards to drive onto the ramp from the ground. Or you could put some blocks/ramps on the trailer floor at the of the ramp to raise the front wheels of the Spyder until the back wheel is closer to the top.
My friend had same issue so I asked a LCI factory rep at the Indianapolis RV show last winter and they also recommended raising the front of the fifth wheel.
He sold the toy hauler before trying out the fix and bought a cargo trailer instead. Oh well...
