1978 Holiday Rambler Presidential 3000

I just purchased a 1978 Holiday Rambler Presidential 3000. Much of the paneling has pulled away from the frame. The plastic frame around the windows is also pulling away. (The trailer was well cared for) No water damage that I have found.

My plan is to renovate her and live off the grid with wind and solar power. I started stripping her today. Great condition factory installed lights, curtains, etc.

The bathroom is large and in the back. Double single beds in the middle.

I love the windows. Big windows with 3 huge windows in the front living area.

My questions:

1. How do I get the step to come down?

2. Aluminum framing - I plan to take the wood paneling off, insulate well. Since it is aluminum framed how do I put the luan up?

3. I plan to put in a composting toilet. I want to move the bedroom to the back. How difficult would it be to reroute the shower and sink plumbing?

4. Is there someplace that I can sell the factory installed lights/curtains or other parts that I won't be using?

I did find the Manual and sales brochure that someone shared on the forum about 3 years ago. Thank you!
