I recently purchased a piece of property that has a 2001 Fleetwood Wilderness permanently attached. I’m happy that I got it but I’m having some issues.

It is attached to shore power but none of the 12 volt lights are working. Some of the outlets are working.
I have no manual and can’t find one anywhere
No compartment keys. Think I have this one figured out.

Any suggestions?

Check the breaker panel, if some of your outlets are working and some are not, I would check there first.

If all the breakers are on, (or... if you turn them on and they trip right away...) I would be worried about mouse chewed wires that are shorting out...

Especially, check the breaker for the AC/DC converter (battery charger/ house lights) is on...Without that being powered... no 12V supply.

If you have power to that the check the fuse bank and the voltage output inside the converter.

Thank you Bob. It occurred to me that there are no batteries in the unit. Would this cause the problem too?

I haven’t been able to find any documentation for the trailer either. So I’m not sure where the converter is.

Many find there chargers under the elevated refrigerator, there is a compartment below ours.

I'm pretty sure that the 12V converter is dependent on having a complete circuit that includes the batteries... But, that said, a check of the battery wires for short circuits might be in order...

Many times there is a panel under an elevated fridge as stated above, but there can be a miscellaneous panel in a hallway too...

In my Class A, the power panel (A/C distribution and 12V converter) was behind a wood panel that was below a shallow pantry that backed up to the shower... It looked like a cabinet door with no hardware... (it was held in place with spring clips...)
