2005 Gulfstream TT ceiling speaker removal??

Does anyone know how to remove the ceiling speakers in my travel trailer? There are no exposed screws on the covers, I tried twisting, and gently prying the covers off but they won't budge!! I don't want to force them off the wrong way and damage the ceiling I have to remove the 2 in the bedroom to get access to the insulation. Any ideas? Thanks
