2009 Fleetwood Backpack Travel Trailer problems

If I try to fill the fresh water holding tank water shoots down from the skirt underneath and floods the inside of the RV somehow. I did not see where the water was coming from. When I try to hook up city water directly the water shoots down through these 2 tubes in the pic. There is no way to close these 2 tubes and nothing to hook them up to. Someone suggested that I get the plugs to screw on to the drain tubes but I just cant find them anywhere online. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Your local RV deal should have the fitting, You may even find something at lowes or home depot. Worse case cut off the fixing and install two shark bit tap fixing. They just push on and will make it easy to drain when the time arrives. (Cheaper at lowes)

These might work as well. BUt try call camping world they should give you the correct parts. You are looking for rv low level drain points.
