The two on the left are the reverse current fuses (it says so on the circuit board) and depending on the size of the converter, they are probably 40 amp. The sticker is correct. The two fuses at the bottom are encircled by a white box, and if you look to the left of the F11 fuse inside the white box it says "Maximum 30 amp" and below that it says "For slides out only" (yes, bad chinese, crappy WFCO junk). I have that same panel in a Thor with a 55 amp converter and it has 40 amp (green) reverse current fuses.
If you don't have a slide then you are good, it you have a slide, does it operate, its possible the manufacturer powered it directly from the battery with separate fusing. If it doesn't work, then try fuses in the F10 and F11 positions, otherwise leave them empty.
The converter in mine is supposed to be a multistage unit, but from leaving it on and checking it often, it never dropped down in voltage like it is supposed to, so be careful and if you keep the trailer, you may want to replace the converter section. PowerMax (Boondocker is same converter) are decent units for replacement or you can splurge and buy a 4600 series Progressive Dynamics (in this installation, you remove the converter from the steel box it is in and install it in the WFCO panel. The steel box is used for Parallax installations, its all in the instructions.
