2014 Rockwood Mini-Lite 2104s fridge question.

It came with a Dometic fridge/freezer. The freezer works, the fridge part not working. The fins are "cool" but not cold. How do you add coolant to these? what is it I'm to add/have added? I'm guessing these have two cooling systems? seems if they were common to one another, the freezer wouldn't work either. And in that vein, I've only seen that the freezer is "cold", not checked for "will it freeze stuff".

Any help appreciated.

It can take a whole day to cool down to temperature. Did you wait that long before checking it?

Dometic fridge/freezer

My small Dometic fridge/freezer does that also. I think the freezer gets priority on the cooling. If I just let it run longer, the refer gets cold also.

It takes a much longer time for the refer to cool if I put ice cube trays of water in the freezer. The trays freeze before refer cools. Now I only put already frozen things in the freezer.

We give ours at least 24 hours to cool down from a warm start before using it.
