Sorry, I can't speak to your specific 201rbs model, but our 2013 Surveyor 220 Sport has been absolutely great. We have had no quality issues with it and it is a great 2 person trailer. The only difference is floor plan between the 201rbs and ours is ours has the wall with the swivel TV at the foot of the bed. You will really like the large bathroom with tons of storage and a real heater vent in it (this is key, our last trailer did not have a heated bathroom and it was miserable). The bed in the 201rbs like ours is a true 60X80" queen and with the right mattress is very comfortable (we use a 4" memory foam gel topper on top of the stock mattress). The only thing that has been an issue is using it in cold weather. While both models have heated holding tanks and enclosed underbellies with insulation, the windows are still single pane and it can get chilly inside the trailer when cold outside. We use a space heater, at night cover the windows (especially in the slide where you sit) with insulated mats (those fabric covered gel kitchen mats work surprisingly good), use thick rugs throughout the trailer and leave the roof vents only open a very small amount for ventilation. I did put load range D tires on it recently, the Carlisle radial trail HD from Discount Tires, and they ride very well and should last a long time (like a lot of us I was leery of the stock Chinese Towmaster tires although we never had any trouble with them) The key is to religiously keep the tires aired up and watch for any defects or damage. We tow ours with a Ram 1500 and it does great. Happy Camping and good luck with your decision!
