2022 Apex Nano 208BHS slide questions

Hello...and Happy Holidays! So I'm new to this slide thing and I have a few questions about the Schwintek slide I have on mine.

First off...shouldn't there be a seal of some sort where the flange trim meets the roof of the slide? I'm assuming coachmen uses butyl tape underneath the trim and it's not leaking now but I could see it being a problem in the future.

Second...the rollers under the slide out the inside are not in contact with the slide floor. Should there be a gap?

Third...the bulb seal inside doesn't go the full length. Should it?

Fourth...ive seen this all over the grand design forums but what is happening is the bulb seal on the outside is getting shredded by the slide rail. Any idea as to what causes this?

And finally...should the slide rails be sealed where it's screwed in? How does one go about doing that? Just caulking? I see there is foam under it but nothing else.

What I've noticed during my at home inspection is that coachmen really uses no caulk around windows and other areas. Lots of white putty or butyl and foam gaskets. I'll for sure be caulking it all over but it kind of is nice that I don't have to remove the silicone that other manufacturers sloppily apply over everything.

As always...thanks for the help!

And the outside bulb seals... Must admit...Coachmen vs Gulfstream is not even a comparison. The construction is actually really nice overall.

My slide was also chewing up the seals. after a more carful inspection it seemed like the the slide was not square in the wall. Luckily it was during warranty period. They dealer adjusted the slide and replaced the seal. I'm hoping the same doesn't happen again.
