2022 Grand Design Imagine XLS 17MKE

Has anyone had problems with small insects (lady bugs) coming in around their slide when it is in? Here in VA we are having a horrible problem with hundreds of lady bugs this year. We had our Imagine in storage for about three weeks and pulled her out today for a trip. I noticed lady bugs all over the outside of the RV and a few on the ceiling when I opened her up to put some things in the frig. I didn’t put the slide out because most of our things are always packed and ready to go except for the pantry and cold storage. Anyway, when we arrived at a Walmart in North Carolina this evening to stay for a night we opened the slide. OMGOODNESS, there were hundreds of lady bugs under the carpet part once the slide was open. I had to vacuum for about an hour watching to find all of them and I am still seeing a few.
Has anyone had any experience like this and what did you do?

Your experience is normal for this time of year. They are probably not "Lady Bugs", but are similar. They look for dark sheltered place to over-winter.

Soybean farmers were introducing them into their fields to eat pests. After the harvest there are no pests for them to eat. They get in everywhere for a while.

A shop vac picks them up cleanly.

Thank you! It’s taking me days to get rid of them.

We had the same issue with stink bugs. We ended up emptying every drawer and cabinet and collecting them in a water bottle. They hide in the darkest places. We captured a lot of them but I will guarantee we didn't get them all. They will find their way back out in the spring.

Oh goodness! I would rather have lady bugs than stink bugs!
I agree that we definitely haven’t gotten them all

Japanese Beetle?
Sometimes they bite.
It doesn't hurt for long.
