Adding additional brake/turn lights

I want to increase the visibility of the tiny brake/turn lights that the trailer came with. The stock ones are wired with three wires. My thought was to add two LED strips and run them vertical on each side so they run together. The only ones I found have four wires.

How would I splice these together?

I was thinking of something like.. https://www.amazon.com/Nilight-Tailg...841K5FJB&psc=1

Sorry if this is a duplicate. My computer was acting up.

Might be easier to replace the tail/turn lights with new led units. They are plenty bright and some have backup lights in them too. That would get wired to the center contact on the 7 pin connector.

4 pin plug has right turn signal, left turn signal, running lights, and ground. Each tail light assembly has ground, running lights, and one of the turn signals. You need the ground and running lights from either tail light and the turn signal from both.
