I've had my ViAir 88P for several years and it's seen plenty of use, with no sign of giving out. It is a quality unit, head and shoulders above the cheapo ones. Worth the money I spent, for sure.

Is it enough to fill TT tires to 80 lbs and E rated truck tires to maybe 60?

Here you go. You do need to have 120V but a 1000 wat inverter runs it just fine. I have an older model and it will do 120 PSI,

Yes you also need a short air hose. I have 10' plastic coiling one that I fastened right to the compressor like this.

And an air chuck like this, that is a lock on. You'll have less than $100 in the whole works.

Well the 88P model is rated at 1.47 CFM
The 400P is rated at 2.3 CFM

How long do you want to wait to fill that tire?
personally I would get the more powerful model.
