The "double duty" it would perform was the final straw in convincing us to make the move into ownership!

My 45', quad slide motorhome can do it too, but since the DW died in 2016 I don't have a need to escape!

Well ... it's crossed my mind. My dear wife is gradually turning the existing man cave (formerly know as the garage) into a lady lair, with all her exercise equipment and yoga stuff.
It usta be my space with a fiddle around work bench, fishing tackle, guns, couch, TV and the dogs, but that's changing. Now it has to be "neat".
End of the year project... 30x40 outbuilding with two lean to's on each side. I'll show her

We keep our trailer closed up until we are ready to go camping. We consider staying in the trailer a novelty and unique so we don't want to dilute it with constant use. Just the way we feel about it.

Ours stays plugged in and ready to go. I sometimes like to play the guitar late at night. I'll go out to the TT and play all I want, it doesn't bother the wife. We've used it as a guest house, too.

Now that the weather is warming (I still put the heat on tho) I've been watching the NBA playoffs. What's fun is I text my "kids" (all in their 30's) to join me in my "Man Cave" and even attempt to lure them in by supplying the beer. But I rarely get any takers. My DW likes it as she has NEVER enjoyed the sound of thousands of fans yelling while whatever sport is being played.
But it's great! I've even had the DW bring out food for me, so that's pretty cool! (And to be clear, I didn't ask, she just thought I'd like a snack...so it was doubly sweet!)

Mine is in the driveway. My garage is my man cave, but since getting the trailer I will admit that I enjoy spending some lazy afternoons in there. Or, if I'm working on the driveway I roll out the awning and get some shade.
We don't have A/C in our house, and it is not insulated very well. (Pretty mild climate in Nor Cal.) We are looking forward to sleeping in the A/C comfort of the trailer for the couple of hot nights we get each summer.
I may start parking the trailer inside the warehouse at my new office. I have mixed feelings about this. It will keep the sun off the trailer and make my neighbors a little happier, but it will not be at my house for easy access.

Since the kids grew up and moved away, I have the whole basement to myself. Workshop, reloading room, office and den. When the kids come home, they just shake their heads. It's taken 20 years, but my master plan has come together.

We use ours as a spare bedroom. With 3 kids and a 3 bedroom house without a basement or FROG, it is a big benefit. A couple weeks ago my in-laws came to visit with one of my nieces. My kids were in school (wasn't their spring break) so that meant getting up at 6:00 am. Having them sleep piled into one room is less than ideal on a school night and it is virtually impossible to sleep through 3 elementary kids getting ready for school in the morning, so the in-laws get better sleep too.

Mine sees more use in the driveway than out on the road. The kids love to "camp" some nights. We're in the midst of a big remodel in the house and we just spent a week in the RV parked a home due to the whole house being tarped for painting.
I don't know what we would have done during the painting if not for the RV. Adding a way to dump the tanks at home is really key for being able to use it. And, yeah, I've been known to go hideout for a couple hours and get some work done.
