I haven't had to do this. However, if it latches correctly, you might not be able move it up without messing that up. On my TT the door was not latching correctly but I was able to loosen and adjust the handle in the door to get everything to work. Before you do anything, I'd check the door frame and the door for squareness and make sure if I move the door the seals still work. If either is racked, it will be really hard to make it work without replacing the door (custom door to match frame or a new square door) or modifying the door. On my home doors, every now and then the screws in the top hinges loosen letting the door sag a little causing it to rub. Easy to fix by tightening screws. You could do the hinge pin thing but you'd need to grind hinges to make room for the spacers. You could shim behind the hinge but that tilts the door and will only raise it a tiny bit. If everything is square and it really needed to move up an 1/8, I'd probably move the hinge locations on both the door and the frame.
