Are these dealers crazy or just small bunk house demand so high?

I’m upgrading my TT and ready to list my current one, which is a coachman Clipper 17BH. It’s a small single axle bunkhouse. I had no idea how much to ask so I thought, OK, let’s look at how much dealers are listing these used units for. I was completely shocked. The supply is very low. Dealers listed them from mid $14k all the way up to $18k. These are used units and these trailer probably worth $11-13k OTD when they were originally purchased new. Are these dealers crazy with their pricing or just the demand for these ultralight bunkhouse units too high to sell them with a fair price? I now have no idea how much I should list mine for.

Retail is roughly 10K to 12K
Dealers ALWAYS have higher pricing....leaves room for negotiations

It is a Hot Market....right now
Soon to cool off cause things are getting better/opening up---routines going back to pre-pandemic era
Used market will get flooded....noobies selling so prices will go down

List it for less then Dealers and sell it

Probably a little of both. Demand is really high, or at least it has been. I noticed 6 months ago that a TT similar to mine showed up on Craigslist. It was it was a 2014 PCW ECON 16RBS vs my 2015 PCW ECON 18RBS. The Craigslist seller (a dealer) was asking $15K, I paid $12.5K for mine when it was new. I noticed a few days ago that the TT is still for sale on Craigslist.

Alright. I’ll give it a try on Craigslist and see how much it would go for. Definitely gonna help a lot for my next trailer.
