Especially at $16000. You being new to RVs, you surely don't want to buy one with a known problem unless it is a bargain and you know how to fix it.

..........Walk................there's too many for sale in today's economy. NADA information is great for Dealer's to price from, but don't think for one minute this is what they use to buy or purchase from, they use a wholesale Black Book that you will never see. My suggestion is Kelly Blue Book "PRIVATE SALE" less condition adjustment, and try to buy from " PRIVATE PARTY", Good luck, JMHO.
