I had been using the B & W Continuum hitch on a 2007 RAM 3500. Great results on that setup.

I have replaced the RAM with a 2024 F250 SD, diesel and will be using the same hitch. Just wondering about experiences other folks have had with this combination.

Special interest in using Ford's automatic trailer sway control with the Continuum hitch. Do they work well together or best to disable the truck's sway control system with this hitch and let the hitch alone do it's thing?

First, congrats on the new truck! So, I have a 2014 Ford F250 Super Duty with sway control. On my truck the sway control works by sensing the position of the truck and motion. I have both the factory 5th wheel package and trailer hitch. I have a 5th wheel now but when I had a travel trailer, it also had sway control. From what I understand, the "trailer" sway control uses the hitch as the center point and tries to compensate for sway based on the position of the trailer from its center point, the hitch. The truck detects sway independently from the trailer control system.
