I bought a backup camera @ Costco for $70 that I have set up to see TT hitch while backing up to it. It works quite well although not a great picture on monitor. I attached a 2 wire flat plug to the camera and plug it into 4 wire flat adaptor that plugs into the RV 7 pin. I turn on tail lights to give it power. I set the camera on the bumper and adjust to see top of ball and back right to the hitch without getting out to look. I hooked up TT in the barn where the light was poor and yesterday (just practicing) I backed up to TT at an angle without getting out to look. I plan on running a wire to back of TT and see if I can still get a signal with camera mounted on back of TT. Also will try mounting to front of TT so it extends out the side of TT and looks back along side of TT for backing where you can't see that side of TT.
