Bathroom sink vanity trim

The front edge trim on my vanity top in my bathroom has came lose. Any idea on how to reattach the edging? Looks like it snaps in, but wont!

I think it would be good to attach a picture, because typically all trim needs is some adhesive, but you mentioned snaps.

Guessing there is a channel that it sits in, but doesn't snap into. You'll most likely need some adhesive (like Gorilla glue), glue, and tape to hold in place until the adhesive dries. Wipe off any excess glue while the glue is still wet, let everything dry, and go camping. [emoji846]
