this is what we have it works perfect for the two of us and a dog. It has large windows in the slide but in a campground, they are only good for looking at your neighbor 15' away. Jay D. https://roadslesstraveled.us/lynx/

I have a toy hauler so the bedroom in the back isn't really an option, but there are a couple things I dislike about the front bedroom (not in a slide).

The curve of the roof doesn't matter for sleeping headroom, but it also means you can't sit up in bed and read or watch TV.

The head of the bed being between wardrobe cabinets means poor ventilation. A cross breeze from the side windows will only hit your feet on a nice cool night. The furnace vent is also in the back corner of the bedroom on the floor and warm air doesn't circulate well on cold nights so again your feet will be warm while your head is cold. The AC works pretty well as the vent in in the ceiling and can be directed at the head of the bed. A fan helps with the first two situations.

In the future if money/size/weight are no issue I would go with a front bedroom in a slide so the head of the bed can be against a side wall instead of the nose of the trailer.

Dont forget that having a rear bedroom will probably increase your hitch weight. I think the reason there are so many TTs out there that have a front bedroom is so smaller vehicles can tow them as the weight is distributed mostly above and/or and behind the axle(s).
So say you flip the configuration around, all that weight will be on the hitch. Depending on length and axle(s) placement of course. Means a larger vehicle to tow.

I picked the bed in the front because I didn't want to go through the kitchen to escape.
With the generator mounted in the rear, quieter.
Hitch weight is a little heavy because of under bed storage, though.
