It actually was pretty easy to do. Once I finally got started it only took me a few hours. I had to make some minor adjustment along the way. Under the seats there a support cross bar made of 1.5 X 1.5. But when they built the trailer they did not put them in the same spot. They about 6 inches off from each other. So I had to plan to make sure when I flipped them back over the cleared the edges and these cross bars.
I used Flanged T-Nuts on the other side to make the other side as flat as possible.
I think I will now add 2 more threaded screws with T nuts on the cross bar on each side. This will give extra support while traveling so the seats will not rattle and jump during transport. This will give some more stability to the bikes while traveling down the road.
