Black Tank Sensors?
" I dumped it twice and it still reads 2/3 full, I dumped it this morning and partially filled with cleaner for the ride home hoping it would shake it loose but it didn't. Any advice?" end quote..
I do believe there is a thread on this forum that address this issue. Think it said to put a cup of dawn detergent in the black tank with 10 gal. water then go for a ride. I haven't tried this, so go look for the thread to be sure..I'm looking and will post back when I find it.

I have moved your post into its own thread to avoid hijacking the thread it was posted in.
This is a common problem and if you use our search feature you'll find a ton of reading material on the topic.
When we're in extended travel mode, I will very frequently dump my black tank before breaking camp. The I add about a half tank of fresh water, a cup of Dawn (or other such cleaner), and I'll empty the ice from our ice maker into the black tank just before hitting the road. The ice cubes help provide a scouring action and can jar loose some of the stubborn "junk" while traveling. I then dump again when we arrive at our destination and add about 10 gallons of fresh water along with another cup of Dawn.
Best of luck.

Here's a video from a responsible source:
And if you still have a problem, the "Geo method" comes highly recommended.

Ditto, you can also try adding water softener to keep the sides of the tank where the sensors are mounted slick. The water softener trick only works after you get the tank clean following Rick's suggestion.

I add Dawn or any laundry detergent to my black tanks (I have two) and fill them to the top. I let that sit about 24 to 48 hours. The longer the better.
Drain and usually the sensors are correct again.
Most of the time I just look down the hole and drain as necessary.
