BlueOx vs ProPride 3P Sway Elimination Hitch (3P install + thoughts)

I subscribe to Jay Bates wood working site and he just did an interesting video installing the ProPride 3P after buying a new trailer with a BlueOx hitch. Also does some comparison of the two. I really enjoy his videos, do not tow a trailer, but thought this was worthy of sharing.

here is a copy of the link from my browser:

or here is the link from youtube when hitting share on the video:

I've had both and the PP/HA type is far superior IMO. I'm currently using a BO and don't think much of it. Just don't wanna drop $2K-$3K for a PP/HA.

in the same boat cumminsfan. for the same money as the pp/ha i can buy a bpconversion ( bolt on) as i already have a GN ball in the bed of the truck. either version pp/ha/bp are all $3k ish. i have the anderson wdh and where it does work plus easier to use, it's not in the same league as the 3. no wdh on the market can compare to those 3. only thing that has stopped me on the bp is i just put a topper on and like it. wish i would've bought a soft topper now as they will easily fold down.
