Are all the cross members in place and in good shape? How did you fix the leak? I'd make sure the roof is sound and fully supported. You'll need to remove all damaged wood and paneling to prevent rot and mold from spreading.

You have a challenge....the best way and proper way would be to replace the entire front cap panel. Is doable, but involved and time consuming. Does require some skills you may not have.

Your other choice is to determine if the roof is fully supported, and patch the rotted section. It's like cancer, all of the mold and soft wood has to be removed. This is usually not successful, since there is probably other issues of water intrusion elsewhere.

Good luck in your endeavor.

What my plan was to do is try and tear all the front cap out and use 2x3 wood to put back in it and put more foam there and cover it with thin ply wood.
I looked at the other foam and wood and it felt dry but it was sweaty Bc the people I got it from had tarps over it and no air coming into the camper however I took the tarp off opened the vents/windows and it’s dry.
I fixed the roof leak by applying flex seal to the damaged area and I’m applyig silicone weather resistant gasket around the seams to insure there is no leakage there

Silicone will fail and you'll have trouble getting anything else to stick to the silicone residue. Dicor makes good products for RV roof repair and EternaBond is a good tape to use for seams. Good luck with your repairs.

I agree with egwilly. The proper way to fix it is to remove the front exterior wall. It's not that difficult. Sealing what you have will not fix the problems you have in the wall now. You have fiberglass sides so chances are you have a metal framework in your walls, which still could have issues, due to all the leaks. If you have a wooden framework, it could very well be rotted out. You most likely have rotted door skin under the front wall and soaked insulation and probably mold. I would imagine there is no strength/ structure left in that wall. It should be rebuilt.
Looking at those pics I'd be concerned with the condition of the roof and the other sides. Good luck in whatever you decide to do.
I took the front wall off this one a few months ago.
