Can some one help me decipher the VIN tag?

Can some one help me with the year by this tag on my Holiday Rambler Aluma-Lite...

The place it was parked before it ended up in my yard found some papers that came with it from when it was new yesterday, and the guy is bringing them over in the morning. It was stuff that advertising the new flex built chassis.
That thing costed over $33,000!!! Man that was more then I paid for the lot I am buying.
They sent me pics of the paper work,. So I plan on making a frame and hanging them on the wall. Lol.

Holiday Ramblers were known as higher end units and built like a tank in the 70ís and 80ís. Not sure with the Alumi-Lite designs.

Thanks Desert Flyer... I'm �� by may be this has seen it's better days years ago.. it's still built better then my old ones were, but it's proving to be a slight challenge to repair. Lol
