Send the picture to the manufacturer and ask for an interpreter.

That guy that wrote that should not be working for an RV company - with crappy writing like that he is doctor material.

The above post is pretty good. But wow, porch lite does not look like 'porch' to me. But I can not improve on your guess.

Time for an eraser. Make your own chart.
Turn all the breakers off and turn one breaker on at a time and see what works and what doesn't with the other breakers off and record it on your chart.
As sloppy as the writer was the circuits may not be correct anyway.

I got a problem now . I hooked up new battery and I have no power. Battery is good I checked. Shore power works fine. Short? Loose connection?
I've looked for a fuse blown and everything looks good.
Possibly the converter? How could I test?

Did you hookup the black wire(s) to + and the white wire(s) to - ? (Many people mistakenly put the black wire(s) on negative and some RVs wiring to the battery isn't color correct).

A picture of your battery area may help. ~CA

Looks clean, and not to change what I was saying about rv wire colors black and white, when there is black and red then they connect as yours are so that looks good. If you have a voltage meter then check the fuse panel while unplugged from shore power and if there is no voltage there, then start back at the battery and follow the cables, in particular the red cable and see if it has a large fuse, or fusable link, or goes into an electric box or similar tie in, and then check the voltage at one of those points (before and after). ~CA

Check your "polarity reversed" fuse..one was popped resulting in the same thing. 40A auto type fuse on mine.

I got it fixed. It was a bad crimp on the positive cable on the battery.
