Cannot get into Evergreen forum, have question

We have an evergreen RV TT. The two LED Small lights on the front of the TT are not working. Only some of the bulbs are working and one light, just a small 3" across one, is missing. Where can we find parts for this thing. Thanks in advance, P.K.

P.K.,
Which Evergreen Forum were you trying to log into??? There is more than one.
Anyway, not knowing what Evergreen model you have, it's a bit difficult to trouble shoot it.
IF you have a "chrome" ring around the lights, that just pops off and you can see the LED that you may need to replace.

Make sure you have 12-volts coming into the LED BEFORE you go out and buy anything.
If you don't have 12-volts coming in, you have a broken wire somewhere, or a fuse (?) is blown out. Check your fuse box.

Unfortunately, a broken wire will be difficult at best to locate.

As far as replacement LED's, they are available at many RV dealerships and on the Internet.
Good Luck,
Bob

I have a 232RBS and had the same issue with one of the strip lights. Since my dealer abandoned me I had to get a replacement through the regional sales director. The light strips appear to be simply taped inside a channel with 3m tape to attach to your camper. My trailer has an access panel in the center of the pass through. This gives me access to the inside of the front cap. In there I found a spider web of wiring for the front scare lights. The connections are made with cheap wire crimps.

In your case what I would do is try and remove the defective strip from the channel and replace just the strip and leave the channel. I buy all of my LED's from superbrightleds.com. They are very helpful and can probably get you what you need. For a clean install you will have to make access into your front cap to make the electrical connections. It's not that difficult if your not as big as I am. It was very entertaining for the neighborhood when I stuffed myself into the pass through. And even more so when i came out. Good luck.
