Cherokee Wolf Pup Recall Issue

Hello I have a 2017 Forest River Cherokee wolf pup 16fq. A couple years back I had a recall repair performed to raise the travel trailer body above the axle. I guess the wheel wells were bottoming out on the top of the tire. Anyway the metal channel the recall kit used as a spacer has loosened up and moving around. I try to slightly tighten the two bolts but I am afraid of using any more force that might strip them out or stress the weld joint. If anybody has experience with this issue and has a suggestion to remedy it I certainly would appreciate the information . I have an appointment scheduled in 2 weeks with the dealer that performed the recall repair but I prefer to fix it myself.
Thanks , Ken

I have never dealt with this and would not claim to be an expert.
If it was my Trailer, I'd remove the nuts (or at least back them off most of the way), apply some locktite, and torque them up. It would be almost impossible to damage any of the welds in that assembly without collapsing the part you show as loose. The bolt carry almost all shear (during lateral loading they could develop some tension). What would be really nice is to know the torque specified in the original recall instructions.
