Coating Roof

Found this at my local Home Depot and states it is usable on he’s EPDM. Any input?

Never used it on a camper but works well on mobile home roofs.

I used this product on a DP. It covered well and sealed the roof well. However, after a couple of years, it chalked really bad, with the chalk running down the coach sidewalls every time it rained. I wasn't happy with it at all. I was going to do the roof again with something else, but I sold the coach before I could get around to doing it.

Are you planning on coating the whole rubber roof with this? And if so.....why ??

I went with dicor. The Henry stuff was the same price.
