All you great people that tried to help in my dilemma I thank you and I have good info for an update.
There were two problems. The first was a person who I thought (as I talked to from Florida) was knowledgeable, wired pedestal going to the unit incorrectly.
The second was that he was using 220v instead of 120v for current.
