Cougar 2016 21RBSWE

Anyone have any experience with this model? Pros and cons? We kinda fell in love with it today and we're thinking it is going to be a perfect couples camper

I do not have this brand or model but I can give you some insight as to my buying experience and some things that I found difficult.

1) Looks like there is just a curtain seperating the living and bedroom area. I personally enjoy having a wall to seperate the two areas. It's nice for me to get up and go into the living room and closing off the bedroom so the Mrs. can sleep in.

2) I do like how this model has a fridge that is accessible with the slide in the closed position. My current trailer is a PITA because I have to open the slide onto the street just to fill my fridge.

3) Is the bed area accessible with the slide closed? It's nice to be able to access cabinets, bedrooms, bathrooms, or anything else without having to open a slide.

That's a good question! I never thought about being able to access places with the slide in. I just assumed the slide is always supposed to be out if you want to get in it. We're doing the walk through tomorrow so I'll let you know.

We also wanted separate spaces in case we had friends or family staying with us but the next model up felt smaller with the wall there. I hate having to walk sideways to get to a side of the bed so with just the curtain, the open floor plan makes the space feel so much bigger.

Any other suggestions for first time TT owners?
