Decision time

The wife and i have decided its time for a new camper.
Our camper is starting to show its age pretty good now and we figure its time to sell it while we can still get something out of it.
We have been looking pretty hard since summer and we now have found 2 that we really like the layout on.
A keystone springdale 311re or a heartland trail runner 32rlds, they both cost about the same, the layouts are a little different but we like them both.
So for me it is more a matter of quality between the two, i know these are more entry level campers by there pricing but were ok with not having the best there is, we are looking for the layout we like and what we will be able to afford.
It will be used as a permanent camper for the most part, it will have to make the trip to the campground and home each year but it is only 70 miles away and a pretty easy drive.
Does anyone have any experience with either of these brands or a opinion about them ?

I have not owned either brand but there are folks who have each of these brands in the seasonal campground we camp in. We are able to leave our campers set up year round even though the campground is only open April 1 - November 1. I am happy I do not have to pull our campers out!
