after I drain ours I stuff in a hose bag. we use ours pretty often and have never noticed any mold.

ZeroG 50 foot owner here. At the end of the season, I blow the hose out and connect the ends. At the first of the season, I add some bleach solution and slosh it around to clean the inside.
I found an old household plastic trash can to put all the fresh water things into, like a Y connection with shutoff, some washers, the cheap blue filter and pressure regulator, and a small bottle of bleach mix to clean the area around the campground faucet.
At one site, we watched a chipmunk family climbing all over the spigot and drinking the drips. Cute little rascals, but they reminded me about the RVer that dumped and disconnected his black hose, then mauled the fresh water spigot removing the hose without cleaning his hands. Hence the bleach solution.
