Angry Electric FIC 3500 tongue jack

I am asking if anyone has had a bad experience with this brand electric tongue jack. Ours came with the “new at the time 2018 Forest River 2606 WS travel trailer”. Though we have not used the camper as much as we wanted so far, this tongue jack has already failed. We are going to have to buy a new electric tongue jack, want to know if I should steer clear from this brand please?? a

My Atwood jack struggled with lifting my loaded GMC2500HD truck so I could place or remove the 1000 pound rated Equalizer bars. I replaced it with this:

I like the limit switches at the top and bottom of travel. No more grinding noise.

Check the fuse for it. If you raise it up too high it will pop it.
