Electrical Issue 2020 Wildwood X-Lite

I have an X-Lite 19DBXL used for past 2 years. Plugged into the truck to lift jack a few weeks ago and it worked. Moved 1/4 mile to the camp site and jack did not work, nor dos brakes or lights on trailer. Plugged into 120 VAC and jack works. Came home and checked truck, all voltages are good and as expected. Back to the lake this weekend, hooked my truck up to friends camper and all works as expected. Found a 30 amp fuse in the camper breaker box for the jack, it is good. Found a 15 amp fuse on the black wire to the jack, it is good. Found a 30 amp fuse on a blue wire underneath the camper, it is good. I opened the junction box and quick connects are used for wiring, the black (hot) wire from truck is wired to a larger red wire which goes to what I believe is a 30 amp battery inline breaker. A photo of this is attached. I read that this should be a self resetting fusible link, but no power from the truck to it on the jack side. It does not look charred. I am thinking of buying a few of these for the next trip, any one have any other ideas to look at? Seems there is nothing else left expect this breaker as the culprit.

Your analysis sounds good. The device is probably a self resetting circuit breaker that protects the trailer umbilical wiring. They can fail.

They are usually a thermal switch. The switch opens when it gets hot and closes when it cools off. Frequent opening can lead to failure.

Measure the voltage between the two studs. It should always be zero volts. Measure the resistance (ohms) between the two studs. It should be zero ohms.
