Evergreen Ascend 231rkb loose back panel

We just purchased a new 2014evergreen ascend 231rkb last month.
I was wondering if anyone with similar units has a back exterior panel that seems loose.
when you push on back wall it has some give like the laminate glue has become separated.
There is also moisture in the left tail light. The unit was new, a left over on the lot and the techs had resealed the factory air bubbles on the roof component seems.
The dealer and techs are great and I have yet to get it in to them for repair/inspection.

I have an ASCEND 232BHS 2015 and my back panel has maybe a 1/2 deflection I noticed this when I was looking at new units and called the factory and was told the rear panel below the curve or bend transition from the roof floats as its mechanically fastened on the sides and the bottom...

I went out of my region to find a dealer and have been happy until today when I went outside and was checking the trailer as I am outside of Hammond LA and we got over twenty inches of rain this past weekend..I was sick to see the rear wall at the bunks had leaked....Enough to probably ruin one mattress and now my wife is thinking mold in the wall...

Not happy there is no factory to reach out to.

Thanks for the info tigerstripes, I have a feeling I will be sealing the crap out of my units seems very soon. No manufacturer is a bummer
luckily the dealer I used has trained techs avail for my troubles, both I went to school with.
best of luck with your unit, seam sealer in a pail or tube worked for me over the last 20 years on my 81 camper, highly recommended
