There is a series of great youtube's about using Zep "Wet Look" liquid floor polish on your RV. I haven't tried it yet, but have bought a gallon for that purpose. Check out this link...

Here is mine 3 years old and stored outside no cover year round.

I use mequiars ultimate wash and wax.

And for wax I have been using Lucas spray wax which is safe for decals.

If I need to remove black streaks I will use mequiars one step wax and remover.

For 7 years I have been using camco RV wash/wax and it leaves a great shine. My only recommendation is to use a SOFT brush. I have used a stiffer brush to get the bugs off and it has dulled the front of the trailer and taken its toll on decals (I assume small scratches from the stiffer bristle brush have taken away the gloss). I use Camco black streak remover to take care of any stubborn stains.

One quick note on black streaks--They are caused by the roof/gutters being dirty so minimum annual cleaning is recommended. I just use the camco RV soap and a brush. Also, black streaks let go too long will be come permanent. I have seen this on two aluminum trailers.

I am experimenting with using a foam cannon. This device fits on the power washer and COATs the RV in a thick soap film like at the car wash. The theory is that the thick/soapy film will loosen the dirt/bugs enough so that a soft bristle brush or even better a microfiber mop head can effectively clean the RV.

Products I mentioned below:
Microfiber wash pad
Camco RV Wash/Wax
Foam Cannon

Aero Dry Wash & Wax. Used Camco Wash & Wax for years. Like Aero even better.

The kit is pretty expensive and I almost didn't buy it. However, I really am glad I did. If the irig is muddy, dirty, I use water and wash, wax liquid. If not muddy I don't use any water. Seems like 90% of campground don't want you to wash your rig.

The pole that comes with the kit and small head, are head and shoulders better than anything Ive found. It is a no brained now, to wash the entire front cap and windshield, without a ladder, every night we pull in and park.

Someone on here suggested Rejex cleaning and waxing products. Evidently they are used by a lot of private pilots on their planes. Anyway look them up on Amazon and read the reviews. I have not found anything that holds a shine like this stuff. Truly works all season long and is easy to apply. Bugs come right off. For a brush go to West Marine and get a Soft boat brush made for fiberglass. Nice long sturdy handle and won't hurt the finish.

Rejex X2. Holds up the best in the FL heat and humidity.
