When I had a Springdale it was accessed from the pass thru under that was under the bed from the out side driver side by removing a panel in the pass thru

I've seen them everywhere from under a panel of plywood in the underbed storage, under kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks. Generally within 5'-8' of the fresh water fill. Open the cabinets within that area and 90% of the time, there will be a panel with screws in it to remove to get to the water pump.
