After thinking good idea-bad idea for three years (okay, had other projects going on too lol) finally purchased a Springdale 189.
Will store it for three weeks and then live in it for one week each month (to be able to live/work about two hours from current home).
A bit overwhelmed putting together lists of things needed and things to learn - so many good lists and info here - thank you guys and gals so much for sharing all your hard earned knowledge!
The link below is not "my" trailer, but a nearly identical twin - the dealer I bought from (in So Calif) had lousy pictures. These are great pictures and probably make it look a LOT bigger than it is lol.
