Fix Suburban Heater rattle?

My little suburban heater NT-16SE, with one heat outlet has started rattle loudly once it is on for a few minutes, heating up parts. It is so loud I have to turn up volume on my radio or TV to very high.
Sounds like metal hitting metal, at high frequency, like the fan speed.
Is it possible for me to fix this?
Any and all advice and experiences welcome.

I fix everything on my TT. Turn off the power to it and take the cover off and look. Might be some debris or maybe the fan cover or something needs a little adjusting. Take a pic of things as you go so you remember how they went together.

This is kinda normal for electric heaters after awhile. Agree with take it apart and hope you can find something obvious like a loose fan or debris.

Sounds to me like the motor is worn out and the fan is hitting it's cage....

Removed inside grill and after looking around found a loose tiny 2x2" metal plate surrounding the gas inlet to the gas valve.
It was loose and resting on the gas inlet fitting. Screw that holds it was loose too.
Will figure out how to access the inaccessible screw, tighten it and use some thread locker on screw threads.
Even without tightening screw ran heater for almost 30 minutes with no rattling noise simply by moving loose plate a little.
More when fix is complete, after I get home. Boon docking right now.

P.S. Heater run maybe 10 hours total in its life (15 years) so unlikely anything worn out.
