I had a Fleetwood Wilderness about 10 years ago. It was well built and I had no problems with it. If the 240RKS is a Rear Kitchen, as the RK tends to suggest, does the trailer have (or have an option for) shock absorbers? If it is an option get them. Without them you may find that items in the cabinets may shift around when driving from trailer bounce. I had a rear kitchen model with shocks and neer had a problem. A friend didn't have the shocks and did have issues.
